  • To be eligible for a return, both the product and its packaging must be in good, resalable condition.
  • All original parts and accessories must be included in the return.

Exclusions:

  • Data plans are excluded from our 30-day return policy due to their service-based nature.
  • Data plans have a 3 day trial period, after the trial period expires there are no refunds.
  • Routers purchased with a data plan that is returned after the 3 day data trial period will have a $50.00 restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, providing any necessary instructions.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refund Process:
